High Valley Community & Saddle Club will provide certain Resale Certificate documents of the HOA to a party engaged in a real estate transaction for the purchase & sale of property within the High Valley community. The party requesting documents (“Requester”) acknowledges that the documents to be provided are confidential and proprietary to the High Valley Community & Saddle Club and agrees to enter into a Nondisclosure Agreement with High Valley, using the documents for the sole purpose of facilitating the real estate transaction and agreeing to not duplicate, disclose or disseminate the documents in any form. The Requester must provide a signed copy of the purchase and sale agreement as part of this document request.
Please be advised that per Washington State Law (RCW 64.90.640) the High Valley HOA will bill the requester a fee of $275 in order to complete the resale certificate document transfer.
